Graduating from Monash University with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (Honours), Henri specialises in a Manual Therapy and Exercise-Based Hybrid Model of care. With years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and Sports Trainer, Henri has a proven track record of working within high-pressure environments, including NPL soccer clubs and Football Victoria. This extensive clinical foundation has provided him with a sophisticated understanding of biomechanics and the importance of tailored load management in achieving long-term recovery.
While he has deep roots in sports medicine, he has a particular clinical interest in treating persistent and chronic conditions of the back, shoulders, and knees. He believes in bridging the gap between clinical treatment and functional strength, ensuring his patients—whether they are athletes or managing everyday discomfort—attain sustainable results and physical resilience.
With a focus on providing empathetic, one-on-one care, Henri views the clinician-patient relationship as a partnership. He excels at empowering his patients through education and progressive, evidence-based movement strategies. Graduating from Sydney University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, Lillian’s career has spanned rehabilitation for work-related injuries, exercise prescription, and sports injury management. She has extensive experience in private practice and orthopedic rehabilitation, making her a trusted choice for complex musculoskeletal conditions.
With a special interest in referred pain, neck dysfunction, and spinal/pelvic conditions, Lillian pursued further specialization, completing a Master’s in Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia in 2010.
