No-shows, late-comers, and late cancellations impact greatly on our ability to provide a high quality service, by taking away an available spot for others, or by interrupting the smooth running of the practice.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will incur a late cancellation fee of $50. Consideration will be given for unavoidable circumstances. For no-shows, you will be charged the full cost of the appointment. These fees are not covered by compensable bodies and must be paid by the patient.
You'll find us at Shop 51, 62 Booth Street, Annandale NSW 2038. We are conveniently close to most of the neighbourhoods we serve. Patients travelling from Camperdown or Leichhardt are looking at around a 4-minute drive, while those coming from Forest Lodge, Glebe, Lilyfield or Stanmore are typically only 5 minutes away. Rozelle is about 7 minutes and Balmain around 8, so the vast majority of our patients are on-site within ten minutes. If you're local to Annandale or Forest Lodge, walking in is often the easiest option.
Public transport is well covered too. The bus routes 469, 470, 437, 438X and 440 all run through the area.
Parking is easy: street parking near Booth Street is free and unmetered, though most bays have a one-to-two-hour limit, so keep that in mind if you've got a longer appointment booked.
