Lillian is a leading musculoskeletal physiotherapist and the Practice Principal at Annandale Physiotherapy. With over 15 years of experience, she is recognized as one of Sydney’s top experts in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. Passionate about evidence-based care, she regularly attends global musculoskeletal conferences to stay at the forefront of cutting-edge techniques and advancements in physiotherapy.

Graduating from Sydney University in 2006 with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physiotherapy, Lillian’s career has spanned rehabilitation for work-related injuries, exercise prescription, and sports injury management. She has extensive experience in private practice and orthopedic rehabilitation, making her a trusted choice for complex musculoskeletal conditions.

With a special interest in referred pain, neck dysfunction, and spinal/pelvic conditions, Lillian pursued further specialization, completing a Master’s in Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia in 2010. Her expertise extends to advanced physiotherapy and osteopathy techniques, including:
